Hey Ears Try This Out

How did a song show up here? It had 'sailing' or 'sailor' in the title. Does it always mean sailing/sailor in the literary sense? as 'on the sea' as a sailor? No

This show presents bands from all over the globe. We are reaching out over both "ponds". The representation is: UK, Belgium, Norway, Australia, Quebec and Italy. The time span for releases is from 1970 to 2023.

MATURE AUDIENCE: Let's dig into some more antics and light-hearted tunes.

Thanks goes out to Teri Raich for reminding me to do another blues show. The first and only show was last October (over a year ago). This is NOT a traditional blues show. However, 11 of the 13 songs are covers (reinterpretations) of original traditional blues songs. All 11 are mentioned as information for those tunes. This practice was very common from mid-60s until early 70s.

Chill Time! I'm keeping the distractions to a minimum. I'm just announcing the artist and song.

I do think a better title is "Stripped Down". No one actually is 'unplugged'. There are some great performances here. At the very least, it uncovers some great vocals, piano and acoustic guitar work.

Let's strike up another show to thank our northern neighbors. This features all Canadian artists and bands. Did I know all of them? Hell No. Did I enjoy all of them? Hell Yes!

It is really difficult to categorize intricacies between many of the types of music represented here. Suffice it to mean, 'I don't care, let someone else figure it out". I present what I call "Americana". Just enjoy the following...please.
