I present a novel idea posed to me from a listener, Judy Allchin. Her idea was to take a band and document their evolution. This show is focused on Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. This is a special show. All of the songs were selected by my great friend, James C. Jordan III. I've known Jim for 40 years. We worked together for much of that time as coworkers and had many trials and tribulations. I supported Jim's effort and he supported mine. There are few better sales people in the world than Jim. I present another Folk Show. This show has many US artists and also includes the UK, Ireland and Australia. The time frame ranges from 1965 (The Byrds) to 2019 (Junior Brother). It has many surprises and some you'll recognize.

It's time for another Big Spoonful of pudding. It will be chocolate this time. The bands are from the UK, Australia, Canada and Italy. The time frame ranges from 1969 to 2016.

Well, we snuck some tunes out of the vault. There will be some very recognizable songs and artists and others that you've never heard before (as promised). Please take advantage of this vault seizure. It cracked open enough for this show.

I've selected tribute songs from some of my favorite artists/songwriters. Just to mention a few: Neil Young, The Doors, Deep Purple, Warren Zevon, Jethro Tull and Pink Floyd. Fun,Fun. There are 12 artists covering their tunes as a tribute. I threw a few 'covers' in the mix as well. That would be an artist covering another one's song and those are not associated with a tribute release. Is that cheating? NO, I make the rules.

Forget LSD; in 1967, British pop went barmy for earnest character songs and Salvation Army band skiffle beats. The Beatles’ material about childhood streets and lonely people was hugely influential on scores of young musicians, some of whom – The Move, Idle Race & Kaleidoscope – embraced a tweeness that firmly set the British arm of psychedelia apart from the American variety.

This is a unique collage of music from the archives, both new and old. The time frame stretches from 1970 to 2024.
