Hey Ears Try This Out
This is an AUDIO Podcast with an image to represent the content. Each show is one track and 1 hour in length. I present music from ~ 1965 to current time including Rock, Progressive, Psychedelic, Folk, Hard Rock, Country Rock and anything else I feel like playing. All categories are decided by committee (me). It will include short descriptions between tracks addressing artist, song title, album, origin and year. I promise you will hear artists that you’ve NEVER heard before. Do you have to know/recognize the music to enjoy it? GOD, I hope not. I will challenge you with the best of intentions. You can expect/hope for ~ 2 to 3 new shows/week. [Est. Oct. 2023]

This show represents British Folk which really shined from 1968 to 1975. Where have we seen that time frame before? I included 'UK' since one band is from Ireland and another from Scotland.

There are many great picks on this conglomeration. Some you have heard before, others you will experience for the first time. Some UK bands, 1 Swedish singer/songwriter, some US bands and others are all included. That makes this is A MUST LISTEN! The acronym GONE has nothing to go with the demise of the artist. There are really so many choices for this category from the UK. On this show we have Emerson, Lake and Palmer, King Crimson, Wishbone Ash, Yes and Genesis from the UK. Greece is represented by Aphrodite's Child.

Here is the second installment of progressive music from the US. There are 6 bands represented here: Astra, OHO, Discipline, Yezda Urfa, 90 Day Men and The Mars Volta. There will be some challenging listening. My Rule: Listen at least 3 Times!
