Why archaeology? I DUG and DUG to get the best psychedelic tunes not in the mainstream. The tunes are from 1965 to 1971. All the songs are singles sourced from 45's. There are a few drop-outs but it doesn't lessen the listening experience. If you know any of these artists, you have something on me because I didn't know any of them. Does that take away from anything presented here? Hell NO!

Each song is titled with the planet name or it is in the lyrics. Please have fun exploring all the planetary names in the tunes. The last song is a 'send-off' for Pluto since it was demoted. That song is worth the price (free) of admission alone.

This show takes selections from "Forever Changing - The Golden Age of Elektra Records 1963-73". Elektra started off as a folk label. They expanded to blues and then signed the Doors. That changed everything for Elektra. I selected 15 tracks to represent this period of time.

A dash of this, a pinch of that and abracadabra, a proper stew. This set is progressive in nature and touches on many countries.
