Ford Mavericks were stored in the Subtropolis in Kansas City, MO in the 1970s due to overproduction (lack of sales). This qualifies the image as 'Garage Rock".

I saw “The Headhunters” in the 60s on the Lowell Showboat as the backup band for “The Vogues”. Quite an interesting story within itself. Someone should record their story. Of course I would enjoy the Meeechigan Garage Band Mavericks. Enjoyable show. Thanx Jose!!!

Not only saw them in the 60’s (Headhunters) but got to see them in 2017 when they played at the LHS Class of 67’s 50th Reunion. Fun!
